The Manila Times College of Subic Library serves as an essential academic resource for students, faculty, and staff. Borrowing Procedures
All registered students, faculty, and staff of The Manila Times College of Subic may borrow books through our online lending system. Requests are processed through the TMTCS Library’s online platform, where interviews and evaluations are conducted to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Step 2
Begin your library interview through ASK LiViA, our Library Virtual Assistant. LiViA will help you with book inquiries, confirm availability, and guide you through the borrowing process.
Step 3
Complete the online form that will be sent to you after your interview. Please fill it out accurately to avoid delays in processing your request.
Step 4
The library will review your account status to ensure it is active and free of pending fines or penalties. Only borrowers with updated accounts may proceed with book requests.
Step 5
Your request will be evaluated. The library will notify you once it has been approved or disapproved.
Step 6
Once approved, you will receive your delivery schedule. The library will inform you of the designated drop-off or pick-up points where you may collect your requested book.
